Athlete program

Pilates built for athletes.

Build the small stabilizers competitive sports under-train, fix the asymmetries that drive injuries, and learn the breath and recovery skills that make every other workout work better.

Why athletes start here

The work that complements your sport.

  • Built around your sport

Pilates strengthens the small stabilizers and movement patterns that team sports under-train — hip mobility, shoulder stability, single-leg control, breath capacity.

  • Injury-prevention first

Every athlete starts with a private Movement Assessment so we see your asymmetries and old injuries before you push. Group classes only after we know your body.

  • Off-season conditioning

Reformer work builds whole-body strength without joint stress — the conditioning surface most athletes lose during competition season.

Common questions

What coaches and parents ask first.

  • Create your account and book the Athlete Movement Assessment — a paid one-on-one session (about 60 minutes). After your assessment we place you in the classes that fit your sport. Athletes start with the assessment, not the free group intro class.
  • Athletes of every age and sport train with us — from teens (12+) to adult tennis, golf, and equestrian athletes. We recommend the Movement Assessment first regardless of age so we can scale safely.
  • Yes — one-on-one with a certified instructor trained in athlete biomechanics. About 60 minutes including a written summary you can share with your coach or PT.
  • We can. If your team has an athletic trainer or PT you're already working with, we'll share notes so your in-studio work complements what they're doing.
